Justin P. Christian
President/CEO
Justin Christian co-founded Bucher & Christian Consulting in 1998 and has served as the organization's President and CEO since 1999. As a founder, Mr. Christian envisioned building a consulting organization that would pioneer a new approach to business and technology consulting. Mr. Christian's responsibilities include interacting with clients, setting the companies overall strategy and fostering the internal culture and environment. Mr. Christian has several years of IT industry experience and has received numerous awards for his role in leading Bucher & Christian Consulting. He is a frequent speaker at industry and entrepreneurship conferences. Mr. Christian graduated from DePauw University with a degree in Computer Science.
Ryan Bucher
Vice-President/CMO
As Vice-President/Chief Marketing Officer, Ryan Bucher leads Bucher & Christian's corporate Marketing, Sales and Account Management initiatives. He helps drive corporate marketing functions including brand awareness, events and research. He has played vital roles in the managing of regional business development and overseeing account management operations and functions. Prior to Bucher & Christian, Mr. Bucher held key marketing positions within Lithonia Lighting Corporation based out of Atlanta, GA. Mr. Bucher holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management and Marketing from Purdue University.
Ryan D. McCandless, CPA
Controller
As the Controller of Bucher + Christian Consulting, Mr. McCandless is responsible for the financial and accounting function of the organization. He spent 4 years as a senior accountant with the public accounting firm of RJ Pile & Company. At RJ Pile, he was responsible for audits, taxes and consulting work for his corporate and individual clients. Mr. McCandless, who is a CPA, graduated from Indiana University with degrees in accounting and finance.
