Benefits
Bucher + Christian Consulting offers competitive salaries and benefit packages to our full-time salary employees. All employees are paid on the 15 th and the last business day of each month via Direct Deposit. Employees are required to provide necessary account information to allow proper and timely payment of wages. The pay schedule is subject to change at the discretion of Bucher + Christian's Accounting Department. All full-time salary employees qualify for the following comprehensive benefits package:
- group health insurance
- life insurance
- dental and vision insurance (employer pays the cost for the employee only)
- paid vacation
- sick and personal days, and nine paid holidays
- after sixth month of employment, each employee can also choose to participate in 401(k) where Bucher + Christian will match up to 3 percent of the employee's base salary.
